Pulses are frequently sent between RTL modules for operation triggering and other indications. To eliminate functional failure, it is important to assure that pulses cross clock domains in a safe way, are not lost and are not duplicated or distorted. During this webinar, we will review a few examples of problematic pulse synchronizers, and will discuss the approaches for designing reliable and re-usable pulse synchronizers for different types of clock domain crossings.
